Join me for this experiential 60-minute workshop created for women who feel called to work with others through a trauma-informed, somatic and embodied approach.

This is an introduction workshop to the somatic and relational foundations of the 160-hr Trauma-Informed Somatic Teacher & Coach for Women© Certification. Through gentle body-based exploration we will explore how we can step into our feminine embodiment and leadership - in the body, psyche and soul, and the nervous system - and how it allows us to create safer, more responsive and more deeply human spaces for those we serve.
